Our suppliers

The Highlands & Islands has an exceptional array of produce to offer and we take pride in using a variety of local sources and suppliers some of which are highlighted below.

From our Island neighbours we sell Stockman’s Oatcakes from Orkney, smoked salmon from the Shetland Smokehouse, and of course black pudding from Charlie MacLeod in Stornoway.

In addition, our fruit & veg are supplied by Williamsons Foodservice of Inverness, our fresh fish is from Pro Fish Services in Aviemore, and fresh meat is supplied by Grants of Speyside.
